Returns & Exchanges

At Virgin Ettire, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we make returns and exchanges simple.

  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.

  • Sale or final clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

  3. Pack your item securely and include a copy of the order confirmation.

Return Shipping

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for size or color swaps.

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your account depending on your bank or card provider.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

International Customers
